This is a floaty, feel-good pole flow class open to all levels. Learn to float, glide, and melt in your heels (or socks!) with this summer inspired flow. This class falls just under 40 minutes, gives you two options for how to end the flow, and includes a few hilarious bloopers - including a brilliant wardrobe malfunction. (I had no business teaching you all this flow in this bodysuit, y'all.)
