This is an open level pole flow class with the perfect mix of old school stripper style, slutty floorwork, and just a hint of technical heel play. Heels and kneepads highly recommended.

Wednesday July 24th

6:00-7:15pm

This is an open level pole flow and freedance class that draws inspiration from the inner dark femme fatale, bad witch archetype and encourages you to embrace your shadows through dance.

High Value Hoe Weekend Intensive

Friday August 2nd - August 4th,

at The Movement Suite in Holt, MI

Are you ready for a whole ass weekend celebrating old school pole, sensual movement, and general slutty antics with your fellow bad ass hoes? This weekend will include 3 days of stripper style pole, floor f*ckery, lap dance technique, heel clacks, and hair whips. Bonus! Option for an included professional pole or boudoir photo session.

VIRTUAL Poling for Pleasure

August 8th - September 5th

7:45-9:00pm

This 5 week series will draw inspiration from the five senses and explore ways in which we can seek more pleasure and joy in our pole practice. Expect weekly writing and embodiment prompts as well weekly virtual sessions where you will be guided through movement, flow, and freestyle prompts with live feedback and discussion. Open to all levels.
